	Images taken with the ASH LURIE 200
	The first images of happy users have arrived!. Recently we received a picture taken by Stephan Linhart of Germany of the North America Nebula. Although the seeing and transparency were far from perfect and the object was quite low in the sky, the picture clearly demonstrates the quality of the camera (and Stephan!). Without a filter and under a dark sky the same image can be obtained in about 8 minutes! Stephan used the ASH Lurie 200 on a Losmandy CG-11 and a ST4 on a 10 cm F/10 Maksutov telephoto lens for autoguiding. This seems to be a perfect combination. The first picture shown below is an enlargment of a section of the slide. The original slide is 6x6 cm large and covers a field of more than 10 degrees! In the second picture we further enlarge the Pelican's head. As can be seen the amount of detail is incredible and the image is razor sharp. Compare these pictures with pictures taken by the worlds best astro-photographers and convince yourself!

		Pelican's head
			Same slide as above but now the pelican's head has been enlarged to demonstrate the amount of detail available in the picture.k
